Sites and seats describes the places you rent out or assign: campsites, cabins, rooms, tables, parking spots, lockers, seats. A calendar shows what is occupied, and when.

Why Sites and seats

No double occupancy

Two active occupancies cannot overlap on the same location: the database refuses them, even when written at the same moment.

One calendar for all your places

A timeline per location, plus week and month views.

Block for maintenance

Close a flooded field, a cabin under renovation or a staff-only table: the block fills the calendar without a sale.

Places within places

Zone and site, hall and seat: a location contains others, with its capacity in people and its displayed code.

Reusable opening hours

A hall's hours or a field's season: one time window serves several locations.

Free it early

A location released earlier than planned is available again right away.

Questions about Sites and seats

Can I book a campsite for dates from the register?

Not yet. The calendar, blocks and overlap protection are delivered; booking for dates from the register is planned.

How is this different from the Rental module?

Sites and seats tracks a place that stays put: a campsite, a room, a table. Rental tracks an item that leaves the business: a bike, a helmet, a crate.

How do I close a location for maintenance?

In the Admin occupancy calendar, block it for a period: maintenance, closed or internal use. You release it when it is ready.

Which length should I choose?

One month for peak season, one year for places rented all year.

Ticketing

Sell hall seats showing by showing, with their row and number printed on the ticket.

Rent the gear that goes with the place: kayaks at the marina, bikes at the campground.

Run the campground store at the same register, with its stock and its barcodes.
