# Terms of use

StillDeep is in development and this site is in test mode. These terms will be completed with the license terms before real sales open.

## Test mode

Purchases on this site are tests. Card payments are accepted without any check and no card is charged. Do not enter a real card number. A purchase made in test mode does not give a license to use StillDeep.

## Your account

You give accurate information, keep your password secret and are responsible for what is done with your account. You can close it at any time by asking us.

## Acceptable use

Do not try to break into the site, overload it, bypass its limits, collect its users' information or use the AI assistant to produce content unrelated to StillDeep. We can suspend an account that does.

## Content and AI

The pages of this site describe StillDeep as it is today; the product is in development and can change. Answers from the AI assistant can be wrong: only these pages and a signed contract commit StillDeep.

## Prices

Prices are shown before taxes and can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm a purchase.

## Liability

The site is offered as is during the test phase. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the Quebec Consumer Protection Act gives you.

## Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there.
