# Privacy policy

> What personal information the StillDeep website collects, why, where it is kept, who sees it and how to exercise your rights under Quebec's Law 25.

StillDeep is in development and this site is in test mode. This policy describes what the site does today. It will be reviewed before real sales open.

## Who is responsible

StillDeep, Quebec, Canada, is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the founder of StillDeep; their contact details will be published on this page before real sales open.

## What we collect and why

Your password is never kept in readable form: it is hashed with bcrypt. The full card number, expiry date and security code are not kept: in test mode, only the last four digits are written on the payment reference.

## What we do not do

No advertising, no tracking across sites, no analytics service, no third-party script, no sale or rental of your information. The site loads nothing from another domain.

## Cookies and local storage

All of them are needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made. None is used to track you.

## The AI assistant

When the StillDeep AI service is running, a chat button appears. Your questions and the previous messages of the conversation are sent to StillDeep's own AI service to produce an answer; they are not sent to an outside AI provider and are not linked to your account. Do not share personal or payment information in the chat.

## Where it is kept

Your information is kept on StillDeep's server. During the test phase, this is a development server in Quebec, Canada. Accounts are kept as long as they are active; you can ask for deletion at any time.

## Your rights

You can ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, withdraw a consent or get a copy in a structured format. Write to the person in charge named above; we answer within 30 days.

## Changes

The date at the bottom of this page tells when this policy last changed. An important change will be announced on the site before it applies.
