## Licenses

Prices before taxes, for one register. A license lasts its length (1 week, 1 month or 1 year) from its purchase and can be moved from one register to another.

| Module | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Loyalty cards | 1 week | $4.00 |
| Loyalty cards | 1 month | $11.00 |
| Loyalty cards | 1 year | $90.00 |

## Why Loyalty cards
### Customers recognized at the scan
Scan the card: the customer file opens and joins the sale, checked again by the server.
### Cards issued at the counter
The cashier issues a card to the chosen customer, with an FC number unique to that register.
### Three kinds of cards
Money in dollars, tokens or season pass: you pick the kind, StillDeep keeps the catalog behind the scenes.
### Issuing rules
Each card type has its sale period and can require a permission from the employee who issues it. The server checks them, not the screen.
### Passes that look the part
Horizontal or vertical CR80 card, two-sided season pass with photo, name, QR code, terms and signature.
### Coupons nobody can forge
Coupons issued and sealed by the server, printed with the sale or in batches, consumed by the sale that uses them.

## What you get
- Card types in the Admin: money, tokens, season pass.
- Purchase price grids per card type.
- Issuing at the register to a customer, refused if the shift employee lacks the required permission.
- FC numbers that never collide between registers.
- Customer search by card number; customer file with their cards.
- Reading by keyboard wedge scanner or serial reader; the FC number is recognized by its shape.
- CR80 card templates, including the two-sided season pass for card printers.
- RB coupons sealed by the server, checked online.
**Planned:** reloading and paying with the card balance, using tokens, lost cards with balance transfer.

## Ideal for
- Ski hills and water parks (season passes)
- Pools, arenas and recreation centers
- Clubs and associations
- Businesses that want to recognize their regulars
## Questions about Loyalty cards

### Can my customers pay with their card balance?
Not yet. Money and token cards can be defined today; reloading and paying with the balance are planned.

### Can I print my cards?
Yes, on a CR80 card printer, horizontal or vertical, two-sided for a pass. The layout is drawn in the Custom document generator.

### Does a card work with any scanner?
Yes. The card carries a barcode or a QR code read by a keyboard wedge scanner or a serial reader. The FC number is recognized by its shape.

### Who can issue a card?
Any employee on shift. A card type can require a permission: the server checks it, not the screen.

### Which length should I choose?
One month to launch a season of passes, one year for an ongoing membership program.
