## What you get

- Eight code formats: Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF, QR, Data Matrix and PDF417.
- Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough in part of a text; date and amount formats; time zone per field.
- Text and background colors for regular color paper.
- A layout is refused if a field does not exist, an element leaves the paper or a barcode lacks contrast.

## Questions about the Custom document generator

### Does my ESC/POS thermal printer print my layouts?
Designer layouts print through the system driver. A printer connected over ESC/POS keeps the fixed StillDeep receipt.

### Do I need to know how to code?
No. Conditions use a few plain words, no script, and the designer checks every layout before saving it.

### Does a failed print cancel the sale?
Never. The sale stays done, the failure shows on the register and the other documents print.

### Where are layouts designed?
In the Admin, in the browser, on a computer or a tablet. On a small screen, the panels become drawers and touch works.

### Which length should I choose?
One week for an event with its own tickets, one year for documents in your style all year round.
